Calculations stay in your browser

Calculator inputs, lumber lists and profit-and-loss entries are processed locally. They are not uploaded to a Measure Formula database, and there is no account containing them.

Optional aggregate product measurement

The production build may enable Google Analytics to measure categorical events such as a calculator view, a successful result, an error category, a copy or print action, and coarse screen size. It may also record campaign tags already present in an inbound URL and the referring site’s hostname.

It never sends a wall width, batten gap, board dimension, lumber price, business name, reporting period, revenue, expense or generated statement. Analytics does not load at all when its deployment setting is absent.

Local storage and search measurement

One local-storage value keeps the date of a prior visit so the interface can distinguish a return on another day. It is not an identifier and is never sent by Measure Formula. Search engines and the hosting provider may separately process ordinary request and search-performance data under their own policies.

Your control

You can clear local site data through your browser. Blocking analytics or third-party scripts does not prevent any calculator from working. Do not enter sensitive data you do not want present on your own screen or included in a file you choose to export.
